SUMMARY:Wischmeyer Pram Launch
DESCRIPTION:Formal launch of the Wischmeyer Pram on Wednesday\, September 27. It will be Henry’s 151st birthday. The pram was built using Henry Wischmeyer’s blueprints from the Bay Village Historical Society Collection and will be used in downtown Cleveland.  \nWe will launch the boat at Huntington Beach at the far eastern end by Porter Creek.  The area is commonly used for kayak launches.  We will convene at 6:30 PM.  With sunset around 7:45 PM we want some reasonable light.  Guests will have to park in the usual spot and walk down to the launch / beach area.  We will have a ceremonial cake and refreshments for our guests.  \nWe welcome all enthusiasts. \nThis is a weather dependent event.  If lake conditions are too rough or there is rain we will have to postpone.  We can probably make an assessment 24 hrs. ahead of the launch time.
