Bay Village Historical Society presents:
PIONEER DAYS
July 20-24, 2026
WINNER of The Ohio Museum Association’s 2025 Best Education/Outreach Award

This award-winning camp invites children entering grades 3 through 6 to travel back in time and enjoy the same crafts, games, and adventures experienced by Bay Village’s earliest settlers! This year’s camp will include special activities to celebrate America250.

The program will take place 9 a.m. to noon, July 20-24, 2026, at the Bay Village Police Station (drop-off/pick-up) and Cahoon Memorial Park. Campers will engage in candle-making, pioneer games and cooking, weaving and crafting, nature walks, and so much more!

Follow these steps to register your child. Space is limited so reserve your spot today!

  1. Complete the online registration form. Please submit one form per child. Submitting this online form will hold your child’s spot in the program for 10 days. Payment and signed parental consent form MUST be received within 10 days to secure your child’s spot.
  2. Print and sign the parent authorization form. Please complete one form per child. This form must be mailed (along with payment if paying by check) to the Bay Village Historical Society at:

  3. Submit payment. Cost is $90 if paying online / $85 if paying by check. Online payment available through Venmo (@bayvillagehistoricalsociety). If paying by check, please make payable to Bay Village Historical Society and mail it in with signed parent authorization form.

PAYMENT AND SIGNED PARENT AUTHORIZATION FORM MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ONLINE REGISTRATION IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR CHILD’S SPOT

WAITLIST NOTICE: Registrations received after the program reaches capacity will be added to the waitlist. Should spaces become available, waitlisters will be contacted in the order received.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will only be refunded if the child’s spot can be filled from the waitlist. Any refunds will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
